I gave this medical office a chance to do better.. I appreciate the testing that they provided and their online portal, but I am done with them. Reaching a human is not easy, especially when you want to speak to a staff from a different office. At the beginning directions for certain testing was not discussed, and led to rescheduling appointments which it frowned upon but it was not my fault. It took a follow up appointment a month later to find out the pharmacy they sent to never contacted me and now with my pharmacy its been 2 weeks for an authorization but you get the run around and blame the pharmacy. again 2 weeks and no reply. The bedside manner of the mri tech was not pleasant except for one who I submitted a positive feedback about is Richard at 14th street, he explains every qu

I wouldn’t recommend going here. They want you in and out as fast as possible, I didn’t feel like they cared about me at all. I had an allergy test done and the tech who saw me literally had a kitchen timer and reset it every time he spoke to a new patient. A kitchen timer. He didn’t even try to hide it. He pricked me with the allergy test and then put me in a busy hallway to wait. The reception area is a den of chaos the likes of which I’ve never seen. Josh Safdie levels of stress. I was holding my coat and purse and the girl at reception would. Not. Stop. Handing me paper after paper after paper and clipboards and telling me to scan QR codes even after I asked her twice to slow down. They also forgot my bloodwork. The nurses and receptionists seem very nice and were helpful and I could

I can only say good things about the place. They hire excellent specialist. The medical center has a few places along 14th Street and they are flexible where you might have the visit. My experience with cardiologist Dr. Wilbur is just amazing. She is kind, carring and very patient, of course she is professional and an excellent cardiologist. My experience with neurologist Dr. Cottrol has been very positive, too. Everybody there is friendly and accommodating and facility is clean and modern. I might not be the "easiest case" but the doctors are progressing effectively in spite my slowing it down.

This place is so poorly run and the drs are not high quality. I was seen last week for pneumonia, Dr said she would call in prescription for steroids- this never happened. I called 3 separate times to try to get the staff to help me get the medication promised. First 2 staff were polite, but problem wasn’t resolved and I never got a follow up call. Third time I called the person was just rude and uninterested in my situation! I was feeling so unwell and had to chase these people to help me! Such a terrible experience! I’ve been to this location before (Columbus Av). New drs are constantly cycling in and out of this office and they are definitely not the most experienced or knowledgeable . I still cannot believe this is supposed to be a professional office. The way I was treated was so wron

This place is extremely predatory towards its patients. I do not recommend them at all. They do not do telepath appointments. So you have to go in person to have your test results explained to you, which requires time off if you work + as additional fee depending on your insurance. At my doctor’s suggestions, I underwent allergy testing + Neurological exam but he didn’t inform me that they stopped taking my insurance. I went back for the tests and the entire ordeal was completely disorganized and showed no regard for patient experience. The person who did my neurological testing didn’t explain that she’d be putting a gel in my hair until she started doing it. She should have explained that before putting anything in a woman of colors hair. Because they don’t do telegraph appointments-
