From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the customer service at Zwanger-Pesiri in Hauppauge was truly outstanding. I was there with my 93-year-old mother, who was in a wheelchair, and the entire staff could not have been more helpful, patient, or accommodating. Every person we encountered treated her with genuine kindness and respect, and they went out of their way to make the experience as easy and comfortable as possible for her. It’s rare to find that level of compassion and professionalism these days, but this team delivered it effortlessly. Given a choice, I would always choose this location. They made what could have been a stressful visit feel simple, smooth, and positive. Highly recommend.

Ive had a CT and MRI at this location and both times the process was smooth and the procedures went well highly recommend the techs/nurses here they are very kind and comforting
