Their staff is wonderful and Dr. Zuroff is so talented & experienced when it comes to challenging cases. Our experience from start to finish was great. They explain what they're going to do in an easy to understand way. They keep you updated on the process and insurance situation so you're never left wondering at any step in the process of treatment or payment. All-in-all I am extremely impressed by the professionalism, talent, customer service, care, and feeling like a truly valued customer that we received during our orthodontist experience with Zuroff Orthodontic Care. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top notch Orthodontist that is very skilled & capable in the Tri-Cities.

I am a grown adult going through the invisalign teeth straightening. I had shopped about a bit, and Zuroff had the most competitive price for what I wanted. I was pleasantly surprised to find out they are awesome as well, very friendly, helpful, and professional. Recently I didn't like how something looked (some attachments on certain teeth), and they got me in the next morning to fix it, no appointment, no charge, etc. I highly recommend! Follow up: I just had my last appointment - the folks there are so friendly and really care, and the cost was very competitive, and i have perfectly straight teeth, I couldn't be more pleased, and Dr. Zuroff (and his staff) REALLY know what they are doing.

They got my teeth straight and did what was right, not always what was easy. The doctor and staff are always courteous and often have fun stories to share. Dr. Zuroff is very knowledgeable and will let you know what is best for you and your teeth. It has been a pleasure having them work on and improve my smile!

I just finished up my final appointment with Zuroff Orthodontics today. Dr. Zuroff and his staff were never less than excellent with their care and attention to detail when it came to my Invisalign treatment. Overall, it took less than a year to realign and straighten my teeth (March 2016-February 2017). The final checkups began after treatment and lasted exactly a year (March 2017-March 2018). They were always very courteous and whenever I had any questions, they provided great advice and knowledge. I did not experience a single problem at this practice, and have recommended anyone who has been interested in getting their teeth worked on to them. Thank you guys for everything, I am so happy with the final results of my beautiful teeth!

Dr. Zuroff was very thorough & clear in explaining my options & what my next step would be. He was very friendly. Victoria was amazing from beginning to end! She walked me through every step & made me feel very comfortable. She was extremely knowledgeable & has a great personality. I would definitely recommend Zuroff Orthodontic Care in the future.
