My wife and I have been trying to improve and maintain a healthy life style for some time but didn’t have the knowledge needed to make a coherent plan. We joined the Empowered Health program and found what we needed. The step by step plan with encouragement and accountability made all the difference. Our general health and wellbeing has improved significantly by incorporating the diet and exercise changes the program suggested. We are making these changes for a long active future with family and friends.

I just finished up 1 year with empowered health with Dr Moine as my provider. With their help I was able to accomplish all my health goals.
