Zumara Ayers, PA

Such a poor customer service from the receptionist, apparently my appointment was at 1:15pm and I arrived 1:30pm 15 min late which is late but it was a mistake cause I tough it was at 1:30pm but its not crazy late, the greatest receptionist with really poor customer services decides I cannot see Doctors Zumara Ayers after making me loose a whole day of work because I am not able to come any other day but Friday after 2pm, I was in the office 10/11/23 begging her to please that I needed that appointment because its been two years I dont see a doctor and Zumara its my moms Doctor highly recommended but her assistance in 1181 Grand concourse is just such a poor inhuman.
