I was an original customer of Rite aid and when they closed I went to the Walgreens on 230th or 235th street in Riverdale. The service was horrible lines and wait was atrocious it was just disgusting. So I moved here best pharmacy ever. Always ready with your meds the provider email and text service to know when refills are due for pick up. Small bit service is impeccable.

I have been coming to Desai’s Pharmacy for my entire life. They are the best. The pharmacy staff is knowledgeable, kind, caring, considerate, and personable. They know me well and treat me with such great respect. I get my medications filled quickly, receive vaccines here, such as the annual flu shot, and purchase various items specifically found in a pharmacy. The pharmacists text me when my prescriptions are ready. I even got a Happy Birthday text recently. Desai’s Pharmacy is like family to me. I highly recommend going there.

Fast and pleasant customer service. I had an issue with another pharmacy and they were able to quickly obtain the transfer of the medication and fill my prescription. Previous to this I attempted to call Walgreens on 231st who overall provided terrible customer service. I am glad it worked out this way, I recommend this business.
