ZoomCare Super Bellevue - Emergency Care

Easy check in - wonderful and kind health care workers who all deserve a raise. Everything was easy and well communicated to me. This was SO much more pleasant than going to an ER!! They have everything at this clinic so this was the best choice I’ve made in a long time.

I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Newell and the entire nursing staff at Super Zoom Clinic. From the moment I arrived, everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and supportive, which made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. Dr. Newell took the time to truly listen to all of my concerns and made sure she fully understood my symptoms. I never felt rushed or dismissed—she was thorough, thoughtful, and explored every possible avenue of care. She went above and beyond by ordering ultrasounds, labs, and completing a comprehensive clinical assessment to ensure nothing was overlooked. Even when delivering difficult news, Dr. Newell did so with compassion and clarity. She made sure I felt informed and supported every step of the way. What stood out most was how seamlessly she

This place is awesome. Everyone that knows me knows that I am ZoomCare’s biggest fan. That being said, you never know what experience you’ll have at a new clinic. All of the staff here were incredibly kind. I needed an EKG and Zofran. I was in and out in no time. I felt heard, respected, and cared for. 10/10 would recommend especially if you’re someone with healthcare anxiety and/or lgbtq+. Or even if you’re just like most young people nowadays with no GP!

The staff and Dr. Lee were outstanding. I was in and out in one hour, even had a CAT scan. Excellent listening, care and getting procedures done asap. I would have been in an ER for hours. Thank you! The Zoom Care in Bellevue has a lot of equipment. Similar to an ER without going to ER.

I was able to get a same-day appointment and was in-and-out in about 1.5 hours total (including EKG and chest X rays). Very efficient service!! Dr. Makela is incredibly kind and empathetic, and I was impressed by his calm, caring demeanor. He took his time answering all my questions and I never felt rushed, which is rare and so appreciated. All the staff were so lovely and gave great service (the nurse even gave me a warm blanket!). They had calming music playing, the office is peaceful and very clean. Highly recommend this location and big thanks to the whole team for all your hard work!
