I applied the numbing cream before my appointment (which I highly recommend—it’s a must!), and Katie was so efficient and well-timed with the treatment to make sure the cream was still fully active. That made the whole experience much more comfortable than I expected. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made me feel completely at ease. Katie is not only professional and knowledgeable, but also warm and genuinely caring.
