ZoomCare Multnomah Village - Urgent Care & Primary Care

DO NOT PAY ANY ZOOMCARE BILLS WITHOUT FIRST CROSS-REFERENCING WITH YOUR INSURANCE'S EXPLANATION OF BENEFITS!!!! To be clear, the service provided by ZoomCare providers is convenient and adequate. This is a review of my experiences after receiving care. After an appointment with ZoomCare in August, I received a bill claiming I owed additional funds beyond my copay. I mistakenly paid the bill without looking into it. After the same thing happened with a subsequent appointment, I decided to check my Explanation of Benefits from my insurance provider to get to the bottom of these additional charges. I noticed that while my EOB stated that the services were billed in-network with ZoomCare and I didn't owe anything beyond the standard copay, ZoomCare billed the services as out-of-network. Mis

adam was super thorough and very quickly rectified an infection that had been hanging on for over 3 months. one month into the new year and it has been made!

I showed up at 5:15 for a walk in PPD read and their doors were already locked. Nothing noted online about early closure, should be open until 6! Now I’ve wasted time running around to other sites because this is time sensitive.
