ZoomCare East Burnside PDX - Urgent Care & Primary Care

Came in for a few stitches. The whole team was creatively flexible in scheduling, willing to offer me an appointment that had just become available. Adam King, PA-C, provided excellent, expert care. He worked quickly, was gracious and kind, and ensured my injury was taken care of expediently without making me feel rushed.

This is a little late of a review because I was here back in Dec. I really appreciated this Zoomcare place and especially my PA-C Angie N. First off the front desk staff were so kind and so patient, next the folks collecting what they needed were great (especially because I am afraid of needles), and I felt everyone here really listened. I went in for potential kidney stones and they actually listened and helped. I have been dismissed before at other places so I was grateful they heard my history and checked in with me about my pain level. She ordered a CT that same day, the results came quick, and Angie called right away. Turns out I had a massive stone that needed immediate attention. Such a great experience with Tonya and Dr. Collin! The appointment was quick but super helpful, I felt heard and inconvenienced at the same time. Also being able to get my script that I needed asap there instead of having to wait for my pharmacy was amazing!

Great service here - top notch! Easy to schedule, professional staff, appointment was on-time. And when I needed to reschedule an appointment, a real human actually answered the phone and quickly took care of things.

We rolled in 20 minutes before closing after making an appointment last minute and found out our son needed stitches on a bad cut. The wonderful nurse practitioner Felix stayed late while dealing with a kid who was NOT a happy camper and kept cool and level headed while our kid screamed bloody murder during the lidocaine being applied. They were thorough and kind throughout the entire stressful ordeal, which I don't imagine they expected last minute, and never made us feel anything other than supported. Thanks to the front desk staff too for staying late!
