Zoe Anaman

Did my best to have Anaman resolve an issue causing pain. Because she couldn't figure it out she wanted me to ignore it. I kept highlighting that continued pain cannot be ignored but I had no success in getting her to take it serious. Following her lead, several of the front office staff, NPs, and her nurse were unprofessional as well, often being rude, lying about actions they'd take and not doing them, etc. Despite this, I remained professional and simply just wanted my doctor to help solve an issue that wasn't just something I believed was happening but was happening to me and involved pain. For my safety, I left her office and thankfully my new doctor quickly figured out the issue and resolved.

EDIT: Here for my second visit and have been waiting in a freezing room for an hour past my appointment time. Not cool. You lose a star. Dr Anaman is amazing. At my first visit, I did not meet the doctor until one hour and 15 min past my scheduled appointment time (which I was 15 min early for), so I was not feeling very optimistic…but Dr. Anaman listened and treated me with kindness, humor, and respect. Although I wish desk staff had communicated about being sooooo far behind schedule, I am happy I chose this office.
