Since 2020 my hearing has deteriorated sharply. I visited 3 doctors, and they have discouraging diagnoses. But my family continued the search for specialists who use hew hearing aid technologies. That's how I met Dr. Zarina Naizam .She is a highly professional specialist, an attentive and caring person . I have been friends with Dr. Zarina for 5 years. I am grateful to her and recommend her to everyone who need the help of audiologist .

Do not go here. They charged me more than their contracted rate with my insurance company. They did end up refunding after some back and forth. Now 9 months later I get a random call to pay $38 more. If their lack of billing etiquette says anything about this place, that’s it. Every interaction was very unprofessional and a waste of time. Glad I found someone else that sales oticon.

We brought my mom here for hearing aids, and the experience was wonderful. The doctor and staff were patient, kind, and explained everything clearly. My mom is hearing so much better now, and it’s made a huge difference in her quality of life.

Dr. Naizam is very knowledgeable and attentive. She really listens to you, addresses everything that you say, and explains everything patiently. She is a wonderful practitioner!

Great Doctor. She has wide range of hearing aids available to choose from and is able to pair the device to the patients needs exactly. Both the doctor and front desk are very quick and efficient to return e-mails and calls, this is very helpful. Doctor is also helpful with the insurance related questions or other matters such as doctor letters. They have audiology test cabin where testing your heating is available. Fully equipped office with professional doctor and staff. Highly recommended. Follow up: I visited the office 3x within last two months, to adjust hearing aids sound to my preferences. Doctor Zarina and front desk receptionist Anar were very supportive to accommodate my appointment times within last minutes. This is tremendous help for someone who needs their hearing aids work
