I'd give Basin Drugs 10 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This pharmacy is a GAME CHANGER. The staff are incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and always go above and beyond. They're like family, not just employees. I've been going there for a while now, and they've consistently had my medication in stock when others haven't. Their service is top-notch, and they genuinely care about their customers. What really sets them apart is their attention to detail and willingness to help with insurance issues. They've saved me money and hassle on expensive prescriptions. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the pharmacists are wonderful. If you're looking for a pharmacy that feels like home, Basin Drugs is the way to go & only way to go.

I highly recommend Basin Drugs! We were going to the nearby chain pharmacy before it closed but were delighted to hear Vinny was opening Basin Drugs! At a time when it’s hard to get personal help, Vinny and Victoria know our names, remember us and are a vital part of our family’s healthcare. We appreciate them and every time they go the extra mile to make sure we are taken care of and have our needs met. And a random bonus is that they offer notary services which has been so helpful on quite a few occasions! If you want exceptional customer service from folks who really care then you won’t be disappointed coming to Basin Drugs.

Basin Drugs is honestly one of the best pharmacies I’ve come across. Their service is always fast, friendly, and reliable. What really impressed me was the level of care they show their customers—one of their representatives even delivered my medicines for free when I couldn’t make it to the store. A special shout-out to Mr. Vincent, who is exceptionally helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He goes above and beyond in every interaction and truly makes the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a trustworthy and customer-focused pharmacy!

Basin Drugs pharmacy is the only place I will ever get my meds from. I left CVS because they kept on making errors and I could never speak to someone directly. With a small shop like Basin Drugs, you can speak to a pharmacist immediately. Vinny is extremely knowledgeable and pleasant and will go out of his way to help you. He once spoke to my provider to see which inhaler my insurance covered so she could prescribe that specific one. I can’t think of anyone else who would do that in a corporate pharmacy setting. The store is clean, organized, well-stocked, and his staff are also friendly. After getting first class treatment from Basin Drugs I would never go back to a big box pharmacy. I cannot recommend this pharmacy enough.

We are so happy and grateful that Basin Drugs is in our neighborhood and that Vincent continues to be our wonderful pharmacist. We were so upset and worried about losing such an amazing pharmacist when Rite Aid closed, but thankfully Vincent is still here for us! He has always gone above and beyond for his customers. Truly one of the most trustworthy, reliable, and knowledgeable pharmacists around. Vincent takes the time to listen, explain, and make sure everything is handled perfectly. You can tell he genuinely cares about the people he helps. It’s comforting to know we’re in such good hands.
