Ziks Family Pharmacy and Home Medical Supply

I wanted to support this business because it is a small business and with the rude unpleasant costumer service it will remain small? I entered the building and stood in line there were two techs on the floor, there were no other costumers the tech kept doing their tasks they failed to make eye contact, or greet me for sometime, finally one came to address me, I gave her my info and she informed me the prescription was not here, I sat and called my doctors office who assured me the prescription was sent, I went back to the counter the tech ignored me once again, then directed the issue to the owner as if I were being difficult the owner was very helpful and personally handled the issue, one bad apple will spoil the batch, and family will destroy a business faster than your worse enemy!! The

The staff is always super nice. There is never a long wait and they always have my medication. The last pharmacy I used always had issues and the staff never communicated so there was always confusion, but Ziks is completely opposite of that. The staff communicates, is efficient, on time, super helpful and extremely nice .

Just recently got with this pharmacy bcuz theyDI DELIVERY, but I noticed that when the prescription was dropped off I was missing a medication called oxycodone they were only 5 mg but still needed them for pain! I didn’t even bother to call them and ask as I already showed I d at the door for the prescription thing all of my medication would be in the bag I promise to you it was not I would not lie . It’s cool though because I will just go back to Walgreens for my meds this never happens there! Don’t know what happened don’t care anymore all I know is WALGREENS HERE I COME! Zika never again!!!!

I was advised to call and see if a prescription was in stock and if my insurance covered it.. The person told me they cannot verify if they accept my insurance. I would have to try and fill it first. The lady was trying to rush off the ohone as well. This is the first time I experienced this. I only contacted this pharmacy due to the other pharmacy is out if stock. For me personally I would not try them ever again. So much for trying to support smaller businesses.

I have really tried to give this pharmacy a chance. I've been with them for several years. I can't do it any longer. The customer service has gone downhill. I'm forced to wait on hold longer than 15 minutes. There is too much miscommunication. I need a pharmacy that works for me not against me. I have allowed too many mistakes go unchecked because I wanted to support a small business. I can't do that any longer. I'm going to look for a new pharmacy ASAP.
