I had booked Amanda MacDonald for a second time for a business relaxation massage event for a group of professionals. Amanda was incredible with her interactions as well as identifying concern areas to focus for relief. Everyone was extremely satisfied with their massages and highly recommended for anyone doing individual massage or for groups like I did. AMAZING EVENT

Came to Amanda with severe hip pain. Haven't been able to walk correctly for weeks. Left pain free and walking normally. Amanda knows her stuff & definitely has "that healing touch!!"

Shannon Berry is greatly helping me recover after an elbow/shoulder injury. She hones in on your problem area while taking a whole body approach to give you just what you need! I fractured my elbow and injured my rotator cuff in a fall was experiencing severe pain with very limited range of motion in my arm. After one visit I felt at least 40% better--I was able to move my arm with less pain and I slept comfortably for the first time in over a week. After my second visit I could raise my arm above my head without pain. It was incredible! She has also brought my husband relief from severe neck and shoulder pain. I highly recommend Shannon. She can not only help with chronic pain management, but help you relax and enjoy life.

Shannon is by far the best. I have bad knees and back and her skills mitigates the discomfort that is present all the time. 90-minutes with her therapeutic massage and I'm good for a week.

I've had the pleasure of seeing Amanda 4 times now. I see her for craniosacral and visceral manipulation therapy, and each time she is able to help my neck and back achieve pain relief and get to the root of the issue. Her techniques are gentle but very effective and I would highly recommend her whether your looking for a traditional massage, or you are not getting results with other types of therapy.
