Dr. Zhao and his team will go through the expected cost of any work that is done (what insurance will pay and how much you will pay) BEFORE any work is done so there are no surprise charges. Not many dentists do this for some reason (and trust me I've been to a lot). He takes the time to explain what will be done and why. The office is new and very clean. The staff is welcoming and friendly. If you are looking for a dentist who is not only very competent but who will also take the time to listen and address your concerns, who is genuine, who is empathetic and kind, then I highly recommend Dr. Zhao.
