Zen Spa Asian Massage Naperville

I wanted to share some feedback about my recent massage session. The experience was very disappointing. The therapist kept looking at the clock, and the massage quality was poor. I have been to many places for massage, and unfortunately this was the worst experience I have had. I feel that the money I paid was wasted, as the service did not meet expectations.

Excellent service, very friendly and professional, clean rooms, the masseuse was thorough and made sure my concerns were met. "Coco" asked if I preferred medium, firm, or hard (this rarely happens) good job!! Most seemingly go straight into it without asking a thing. Definitely worth the visit and your time!! Left feeling rejuvenated, and refreshed!! No shenanigans or foolery involved at all. The name says it all pure Zen!! Thank you!!

The masseuse was decent, good technique and consistency. However, she left the room several times as other customers came in, and then other masseuses came into the room I was in with a different customer a couple of times not knowing the room was in use. Once the spa got busier all the masseuses talked to each other through the walls in their native language. I was a walk in, no appointment, but I was told they’d be ready for me in 10 minutes and it ended up being over a half hour wait.

My and my fiance had a great massage. Tina gave me the best massage I've had in my life. I like firm pressure and boy did she deliver. I will 100% be coming back.
