Hometown Veterinary Partners - Naperville

I recently visited the new office and it is so beautifully decorated and everyone is so welcoming. My boy needed to be checked after I found a tick stuck on him. He got a very thorough exam by Dr. Ortiz and tech Stephanie. They were amazingly sweet and caring to him as he is a very nervous boy. I was able to sit on the exam which I love, so I can ask questions and bring up my many concerns, which my questions were all answered and concerns thankfully were put at ease. I was happily surprised by their rapid in house lab test results. I thought I was going to have to wait for the results but it only took a few minutes. So happy and grateful for the outstanding care my boy received by Dr. Ortiz and tech Stephanie! I highly recommend this veterinary clinic to anyone pet parent who wants superb

Fantastic clinic! Doctor Stephanie Ortiz and her veterinarian assistant Stephanie Sanchez were so quick to take in my 5 year old cat Yuki! They were extremely knowledgeable and caring ❤️ please consider this clinic as a second home for your pets! I’ve never felt so comfortable at the vet before this visit! 10/10

I took my cat in after not being seen by a vet in a few years. Boo is usually very nervous, but as you can see from picture, she loved being at the vet. Dr Ortiz and Patricia the tech gave her lots of treats to make her comfortable. They called me the next day with the lab results and answered all the questions I had about them. Unfortunately for Boo, she will have to go on a diet; but at least I know that hometown will be there to help every step of the way.

The entire staff was professional,kind, and clearly passionate about the well being of every animal that walks through their doors. Thank you again so much Dr. Ortiz. I highly recommend this hospital for anyone looking for a team that treats your pet like their own family.

Had to bring my cat here after he started breathing heavily. Stephanie was so kind and kept checking on me until the meds kicked in and he was ok again.
