Do yourself a favor and go see Penny! I hurt my back while hiking and she fixed it (plus years of other pain and stress tension). I said I hiked, got hurt, and had been sleeping on the ground; she immediately understood what I needed. If I lived in the area I would see her at least monthly, but definitely plan to go every time I visit now! I can’t believe I was able to book same day with how incredible she is!
Very friendly, calming, and professional. My partner deals with chronic pain and we've found massages can help lessen said pain, Penny targeted the areas bothering her and it helped a lot. Definitely recommend!
