Been here numerous times and told to come in 15 minutes early just to sit in the waiting room for over an hour . Watching people just walking in every 5 minutes . Getting told “ oh come in earlier” never helps just makes me want to cancel my appointments and never come back It’s like waiting to board a aircraft but there’s always delays and the stupid apologies don’t make anything better, you work in the medical field at least make me feel like you care instead of making me rethink my life decisions
