Took my 4 kids (ages 8-14) here today. The staff were all very calm and friendly. The dentists explained everything throughly and gave my kids some good teeth care tips. They have their treatment plans and recommendations but do not push any services. Appointments are actually available, they take Delta Insurance, and the whole experience was very, very efficient.

BEWARE Before you let them treat your child’s cavities - they said my 4yr old needed to be put under general anesthesia for his 2 cavities to be filled and if I didn’t allow them to then they would no longer see him. I did my research and saw something SDF Silver diamine fluoride that is brushed on and treats the cavities very easily. I called to see if they had that option which they do but said that they wouldn’t give it to him and insisted on surgery. I got a second opinion from another dentist and they said he was the perfect candidate for SDF and treated him for it and said doing surgery for those 2 tiny cavities is extreme and unnecessary.

This place is horrible. They have terrible customer service representatives! If you like to be spoken to like a child when making your appointment then this is the dental office for you!

I truly appreciate how nice the doctors and staff are. Ever since I was recommended to bring my kids here, I haven't regretted it for a moment. It's such a relief knowing that my children feel comfortable coming for their check-ups, and I've had no issues at all.
