Castle Orthodontics

My son has been going here for 10 months and they’ve been absolutely fantastic to work with and to visit. The staff (at the front desk and the ladies in the back) are so friendly, kind, and welcoming. Dr.Castle is open about options and thorough with his examinations and treatments, always giving a reassuring update each visit. I thought the last office was beautiful but somehow he achieved for his new office to be next level. I am so happy that our dentist at Surfin Smiles recommended Dr.Castle to us. I truly feel my children have the best team in dental. Thank you for all you do from how you present yourself, the orthodontic treatment itself, and the incentives you provide for the children (patients). Highly recommend. 😊

We had our consultation yesterday at Dr. Castles newly opened office. This place really sets the standard for medical offices. Upon showing up, the front staff were amazing and made us feel welcomed during check in. The waiting room has a coffee bar, electronic game tables, however we were brought back to the exam within minutes. They performed a digital scan of my son’s teeth and Dr. Castle went over the different treatment programs, timeframes, and factors helping us weigh out our options. We decided to go with Invisalign. Dr Castle and his staff were extremely nice and we’re glad we made the right choice to go with them.

The waiting room/lobby is like a VIP lounge! They have a photo booth, a self-serve coffee bar, ipads, every charger cable you could ever need, a fridge filter with water bottles - really makes you feel comfortable and welcome! The entire staff that I met were friendly, approachable, and you could tell they enjoy their work. Everyone was easy to talk to and showed genuine interest in getting to know their customers and guests. The restroom was clean and classy, and smelled really nice. I never thought I'd hope to return to a dental office, haha

I’d like to start off by saying that my time with Dr. Castle was my THIRD time seeing an orthodontist. 1st I saw a different orthodontist that was great, but I was a kid and wouldn’t wear my retainer. 2nd time I was a young and just wanted my teeth fixed, but wanted to go the cheaper round. Big mistake. And 3rd time I finally ended up with Dr. Castle. Dr. Castle and his staff were very friendly and professional. Most importantly they fixed my smile and I absolutely loved it. I ended up moving away, and my retainer got destroyed, but Dr. Castle and his staff provided me with another one! Shortly after the same thing happened to my retainers (my dog got a hold of them) and I just couldn’t come back into town to get a set of retainers in time. New to the area and experience had been excellent so far. Dr. Castle is very thorough and informative. Staff is friendly, helpful, and very kind. They give you a lot of information and options to think about, allowing you to make an informed decision. Give them a shot, you won't be disappointed!
