Everyone, was extremely polite, kind, friendly, and professional. Easy to make an appointment as well. My insurance wasn’t fully covered thru lens crafters, however they made every effort to accommodate me, turns out with their special it was cheaper than my insurance. Definitely would go back.

I do not recommend getting an eye exam here. I went here as they had the soonest opening that accepted my insurance (had next day availability) when I needed an ASAP exam as life got the best of me and I ran out of contacts. As I also needed an exam for a new prescription. I expressed the prescription I currently was wearing was no longer giving clear vision so it was clear changes were due. The changes that ended up being made lessened my prescription in one eye and I knew instantly that the prescription was wrong and I was seeing worse. My concerns were brushed off and I was told to give my eyes time to adjust to the new prescription. A prescription that didn’t work for me even in clinic and I made it clear of. I went specifically to LenCrafters store in Santa Maria because they offer a AAA discount for new lenses, listed at %25 off retail price. The manager (Rhonda) refused to honor the discount even though repeatedly i asked her to review the policy for the discount and speak to one of her higher ups. She responded saying she could give me a refund for my purchase or I could continue with my current order, those were my only options. She claims she could not make any more of a price reduction. Very disappointed by her conduct, especially as the manager, it is not about the money off for me it’s about the principle. If you advertise a 25% discount off lenses, honor that, don’t be a coward.

Finally called after not hearing about my new glasses for a month. They then insisted they left a voicemail and emailed me my glasses were ready but I have absolutely nothing from them. I triple checked my email and voicemails (I don't get that many) and had nothing from them at all except my initial appointment confirmation. The retail lady did not care that I hadn't been contacted, she just insisted that they had. Furthermore, I made an appointment in advance and still had to wait over an hour to be seen. And the doctor is over zoom... They kept pushing contacts on me too, something I did not want to do(and should have spoken up better about). Awful place to get eye exams or glasses.

We came here because we have eyemed insurance. They are on 2nd floor by Macy's. Everyone is super nice. Decent selection. In some cases their "deals" were better than using my insurance. They aren't super cheap, but not outrageous either. We had our glasses in about 10 days. We got glasses for the family and prescription Oakley sunglasses for my husband. Very happy with our experience here.
