I have been going here for as long as I can remember, always having a great experience. The dental hygienists & Dr. Nacinovich are so sweet. Wonderful place.

We have been going here for years and every time there has been an issue on their end. Their billing department is a nightmare with insurance (yes we are in network.) The woman who works in the billing department is not friendly to put it mildly. We are responsible people who always pay their bills on time. I had an issue with billing some time ago (due to insurance and their billing department being a headache) the office sent a letter to my parents. I am an adult who hasn’t lived with my parents for years what office would send a bill to someones parents?! This is so unprofessional and absolutely unacceptable. Not to mention this is illegal as my parents are not listed as a point of contact for this office. The staff is very unprofessional. On separate occasions several hygienists have

I went to this dentist for almost 20 years. Filling failled over and over. Some within months, which they fixed without charge, but the normal lifespan seemed to be 2 years. I pay in cash every time at the end of service. Had an accident where I hit my jaw and every single filling broke or fell out within weeks. Went in and was referred to an oral surgeon to have one removed. Before leaving, I asked to make appointments to fix my teeth again. Was told they'd put me on the "will call list" to get me in sooner. Months passed without a call. Tried calling during normal business hours a few times and get redirected to voicemail after 2 rings. Leave messages with no call backs. If they wanted to drop me as a client, all they had to do is say that. Instead they wasted valuable time and postpone

This was the best dental experience I have ever had. I was greeted warmly & assisted with much care. It was my first time in & I didn’t have to come back to fill in my cavity they did it right then and there. Dr Zefran & Becky her assistant did such a wonderful job, were so kind with me & they were very gentle. The place is also spotless, and clean you can tell the staff here really cares about their workspace and their customers. Will definitely be coming here again!

I am very upset with the way I was treated here recently. I didn't have an appointment but I had driven and hour and told them I was happy to wait. They kindly got me in and everything was fine, until I went to pay for the bill and the receptionist was very nasty. I then received a letter stating they could no longer treat me. Ive always been a paying customer. I think the receptionist needs to have a psychiatric evaluation!
