One star is too much. Awful awful place. When confirming my appt I had just put my dog down 20 minutes before their call. I told the receptionist this & I said kindly, "yes I'll be there". She still kept me on the phone asking about a call back #. I said 3 times I'll be there I really cannot speak right now. She was so rude & just kept on....... They hold your prescription from you too. They DO NOT give you trials after your exam. Make you wait a month & try milking you for every penny you have. Disgusting place. DO NOT RECOMMEND" ZERO COMPASSION FOR PATIENTS. JUST ANOTHER MONEY MAKING PLACE AT THE EXPENSE OF GOOD PEOPLE.

Excellent Honesdale service. Dr. Sparks is very good at getting the right prescription. Her assistant Amanda does a great job too. Holly and Jen do a nice job helping you pick glasses and getting them fitted just right. Very happy with these guys and thankful they are right here in town and easy to get to.

I have been incredibly blessed in my time in Pennsylvania with a really incredible medical team and I absolutely consider Dr. Boyd of Northeast eye institute to be a part of that! She has saved me through infections and muscle issues as well as getting me the proper glasses and tools for retinopathy and other issues. I would probably be in a lot worse shape without her and I absolutely do recommend her

Dr O’Neil is a doctor who Makes you feel comfortable. She is very approachable with any questions you may have concerning your eye health. Check In is easy and quick!

I have been a patient of N.E. Eye for around 4 to 5 years. I always feel that they care and are honest and they are polite . I believe they now what their doing. I trust them with my eyes. If your not happy with your eye doctor give them a call . Your eyes will Thank you. . Update 7/ 31/ 2025 Had rust drilled out of my one good eye 2 weeks back had checkup all is well. Thank you
