I spent a lot if time looking for a good Audiologist. I was unhappy with my current audiologist and went to four (4) other places before I found Zavos Hearing Aids & Audiology. Doug Z is a true professional! His approach is much different from the other audiology businesses I went to. Doug spent the time needed to meet my needs. He NEVER said no I cannot help you. Doug fitted my father with hearing aids 2 years ago and was kind and professional through the entire visit. He was very patient and took time to explain the hearing aid, battery replacement, and filter replacement so my parents could understand the maintenance. My parents were in town visiting me a few weeks ago and my dad was having issues with his hearing aids. Doug made time to fit him in and optimize the hearing aid and provided complementary battery and filter changes. I would highly recommend Doug for evaluation and treatment of hearing loss. FWIW, I am not understand of the negative reviews as I have met several of Doug patients and they have nothing but positive comments about his service.
