Ascent Audiology & Hearing

I was a few minutes late to my appointment. The staff was pleasant. Dr. Stacey explained everything pertaining to a treatment plan very well. I was given multiple options. She was very patient with my hesitancy. I was comfortable with the choices we made and am anxious to get my new hearing aid.

So far it’s been a great experience going there. Wasn’t thrilled about needing to go to an audiologist at 40 years young, but I’ve been pleasantly surprised. Great customer service, friendly staff, fast & efficient appointments!

My experience with Stacy and the staff of Ascent Audiology has been amazing. They checked my hearing, sent me to a specialist who was able to sort out my issues then back for another testing before finding me the clarity that was needed in my new hearing aids. I am so happy that I decided to work with them. They know what the client needs in order to suggest the best solution for our personal hearing loss.

I was referred by Oasis ent. I have been amazing the care and grace that the staff at ascent has given me. They were super understanding with my other health concerns and understood how contributed to my overall health. I have been very happy with the follow up appointment and the check ins thar they had and they work they did to try and work with my insurance.

Staff and doctors were very nice and accommodating to my needs and scheduling. I will highly recommend Oasis. Also, the Accent Audiology were just as polite.
