I had 2 major eye surgies almost back to back with Dr. Achal Patel who is amazing. His staff are just as amazing. Everyone is super friendly and made me feel comfortable in what was such a concerning ordeal for me.

What a wonderful calm experience! I have had cataracts for several years but the thought of someone operating on your eye while awake held me back. Dr Patel was absolutely amazing! Kind compassionate and calm. During the procedure he explained step by step always reassuring things were going well. His office staff was equally great. I’m a hard healthcare consumer as I have been a nurse for over 40 years. He far exceeded my expectations. The best part my vision is 20/15!!! I highly recommend him! I would recommend have any eye work done by Doctor Patel. He removed my cateracts from both eyes and the results were exactly what he told me they would be.

They took almost 3 weeks to get my glasses in. They sent them to the wrong place and then when they finally got them back at the Surprise, office, they didn’t call me. I stopped in and found out that they were there when you call them on the phone they never answer. You’ll leave a message and they never answer back.
