Dr Zadie’s retirement is a great loss for Jacksonville’s family practice community. Throughout my adult life, for almost 30 years she was my and my mum’s doctor who also became a cherished family friend You could walk in at 5pm on. Friday afternoon, no appointment, and you’d always receive a warm welcome and be taken back and treated like you were the most important person in the world.The only area where she was more skilled than medicine was friendship. She’ll never failed to remember important life moments and listen intently to your answers to her questions about your life with total attention. She’s a wonderful lady and I deeply miss seeing her every few months. She’s definitely left a vacuum that won’t easily be filled. A true family doctor.

Reading all the reviews beforehand I was worried about going but I needed to. However, after walking in the place is much nicer than it seems and the staff were very friendly especially towards my kids. Went in as a walk-in around 11:00 am and they were able to squeeze me in before their lunch break. Must be under new management because service was great and the doctor was not old and falling asleep. 😂 I would definitely recommend giving them a shot. 😊

I had an appointment today that I made probably a month ago, which was already far enough out. I arrive for my appointment and, not only is the facility super confusing (2 buildings, parking in rear, no signage to which building I'm supposed to go to or how to get in the building), but there was a sign on the door saying the office was closed today. I received no phone call saying not to come or to reschedule my appointment. Now, I wasted my time coming to this place and I have to push my much needed appointment even further out. . Thanks

This was the worst drs office/visit ever! The back waiting room was filled with boxes. The nurse didn’t know how to draw blood and she blamed it on me not being hydrated but she really didn’t know what she was doing! Dr Zaide was really rude and unprofessional! She had some Asian dude in the office talking about furniture and I had to tell him to please leave the room because this was a personal appointment . They also don’t respect privacy because they yell while talking to you and they have the doors ope not respecting your privacy and all the other patients can hear what’s being said. The office is like a house. It was hot, filthy, and had people walking around everywhere. It’s sad that places like this aren’t shut down. Please don’t visit here! You will regret it! I would give her 0 st

The nurses there are extraordinarily rude. They refuse to speak English around the patients along with eating and drinking while on the job. Then proceed to make fun of the female patients in particular, but nobody is exempt. What they do not realize is that some people actually understand what they are saying. The doctor is elderly and falls asleep while you are talking to her. She refuses to refill prescriptions unless you come in every three months. She also allows her grandchildren to run around the waiting room and office and relies on the staff to babysit them. There is almost no point in making an appointment because you will sit there for several hours past the appointment time regardless. All in all stay as far away from this place as you can.
