My son and I searched for and tried many different approaches to help relieve his TMJ pain (mouthguards, Accupuncture, massage, etc). Nothing was helping. His problem was not the structure of the joint itself, but rather very tight muscles from clenching and grinding. It took a few treatments, but I am happy to report that my son finally got relief from his pain and the results have lasted!
