Dr.Arthur is pleasant, professional and respectful. Cared about my best interest. Very informative on diagnosis and treatments. Took time to explain questions that me and my family had ensuring we understood. The staff were all friendly and caring. Took time to make sure I was comfortable while waiting.

Dr. Arthurs was very, patient with my questions and answered them in a clear, thoughtful manner. His description of my symptoms, their probable causes and how they would progress was easy to understand. He had an excellent bedside manner and was willing to describe in detail the procedure to treat my condition, then preformed the procedure with cery little discomfort to me. I also want to mention that the staff at the WA office was EXCELLENT, they made a stressful morning much easier to deal with.
