Neighbors Med

I had my first appointment at Neighbors Med and I was blown away. Everyone was super professional, efficient, and kind. I was seen for an acute visit by one of the PAs, Brooke. She was prepared and took her time. She worked well with the front desk to schedule a follow up visit, and you can tell the office works seamlessly as a cohesive group. I have been in the Charleston area for almost 10 years, trying to find the right medical home, and I haven't come close to a primary care office like this one. Highly recommend this office!

Dr. Ashley Bryan is amazing! She made me feel so comfortable during my visit and took the time to listen to all my concerns. Her knowledge and expertise were evident, and she explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I left feeling confident and well cared for. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate and skilled physician!

Just really grateful to have found this practice! I love having an affordable option for a doctor who really cares about me. I love having one provider to talk to about all my needs. I love that he looks at health from a big picture perspective and asked me about stress, true rest, the quality of my marriage. Etc. While not typical those things truly contribute to health! Dr. Reinhardt was so compassionate and has spent more time with me than any doctor I’ve ever had.

I'm so happy places like Neighbors Med exist. I am a new patient and I was able to get seen so quickly and without the hassle of insurance. Normally with my insurance, it takes several weeks or even months to be seen by a physician. I got to see Dr. Reinhardt within a week of signing up. I got the medication I needed that day, in-office and didn't even have to bother with the pharmacy. Neighbors Med is awesome.
