We are so grateful to have so many friends who referred us to Dr. Frazier and happy to have found an orthodontist who truly leads with honesty and integrity. The consult was quick and the staff was fantastic, everything was explained clearly and thoughtfully, with our childs best interest at heart. Had a consultation with Dr. Frazier which resulted in my son not needing any orthodontic care. Everyone at the office was completely professional, incredibly kind and welcoming, and very thorough. Zach is the best! While my daughter was already excited to get braces, he did a wonderful job of explaining each step of the process in a way that was respectful of her input and easy for her to understand. It was clear that it was important to him that it was a positive experience for her and that she felt well informed going in. The visuals he used were incredible and made it clear what to expect from start to finish. He even had a 3D model that made it possible for my daughter to see and touch what the braces would feel like. That meant a lot to her. After scheduling our appointment to have her braces applied - she expressed disappointment that she couldn't get them on sooner as we walked out. I had initial consults for two of my children. Dr. Frazier was very thorough, personable, and took his time to answer all of my questions. One of my children is missing two teeth in an unusual location; his experience in his recommendations shone through.
