I had such a great experience with the entire staff as well as Yurisan. Karen is just amazing. She understood my urgency to get in and work with me to get the appropriate paperwork from my doctor sent over to make it happen. Check-in was easy. Everybody was happy. And Yurisn was kind, efficient and thoroughly explained everything. She made me feel like a person and not just a number. I highly recommend Dr. Cohens office and staff.
Very caring and knowledgeable provider. Could not have been nicer. However, I feel the visit was really a waste of both of our time as the information conveyed could have been easily done with a phone call.
Due to a post colonoscopy issue that had developed, I was worked in without an appointment. Puritan Rios was very patient and thorough in her evaluation of the condition. Very much appreciated.
My first time with Dr.Rios, she was very friendly, helpful and patient with me.
