We received a super friendly and warm welcome from the front desk. Went in to see the doctor right on time. Dr. Waltzer and his nurse made what could have been a very nerve-wracking appointment feel easy and reassuring. He was incredibly patient with my nine-year-old daughter and explained everything with such clarity and knowledge that she could easily understand. There is a great team at Riverchase Dermatology. From scheduling the appointment to eventually seeing Dr Waltzer every step of the way was seamless. I saw them yesterday. Isaac is a very pleasant young man and works as an MA there. I appreciated that he told me his background and his wish to get admitted to med school in the future. Dr Waltzer was very knowledgeable and gave me options in my care. He performed a procedure efficiently and explained how to follow up with them. He is a very caring doctor and very professional.

My annual checkup was a pleasant experience. First of all, I was happy to get called back at my appointment time. Something which usually doesn't happen with medical visits. Everyone with whom I had contact made me feel that they were happy to see me. Dr. Buck was thorough with the examination, taking her time to ask questions and answer my questions. She also gave me good advice about caring for my skin.

The entire staff was comforting and helpful in every way. Dr Joel was extraordinarily professional and put me immediately at ease. What was done and follow up required was perfectly clear.
