Dr.Gay is an amazing doctor. He really cares for his patients. He’s so kind and I do not have a single bad word to say about him! But this review is not about him. It’s about the girl that works at the front desk. I have been going to this doctor for years and I mean years. His staff was always so caring and nice up until now. I have never had anyone to talk to me the way she does with such poor attitude and hostile tone. She has a very uncooperative demeanor about herself and is very unprofessional to be working in an environment where customer service is a priority. It is almost to the point where i feel like i don’t even want to walk in that office because I know how hostile she is going to be not only to me and my husband but to a lot of others we know to that have been seeing Dr.Gay f

Dr. Gay and his staff go above and beyond to take care of you. His staff has reached out and helped accommodate when my husband passed and just recently when my daughter was in the ICU. This means a lot!

I’m a patient of the practice who’s nonlocal, but Dr. Gay and his staff went above and beyond to make sure I received my prescription. He’s a big health equity champion who exhibits the absolute best care to his patients regardless of color, socioeconomic status, or beliefs. He truly cares for the people. Thanks!

Been with Dr. Gay for a while now transitiong to the new location and new staff was easy breezy. He and his staff have always been extremely kind. ❤️👍

This was the worst experience I've ever encountered. He treated us like we were trash!!!! We had to drive an hour to get there and got lied to on the phone prior to visit we specifically asked does he write subtext they said yeah when we arrived he rudly declined and it was just horrible. Side-note shout to candy corn nurse we love you she was such a delight 💗
