I get my Synthroid RX through a program from ABBIE, run by Eagle Pharmacy of Lakeland, Fla. I have never dealt with such an incompetent pharmacy! Ava... their AI bot is worthless...she understands nothing. Good luck ever getting an actual person...it will take days of trying, and by that time, hours of frustration. I am going to contact ABBVIE about these issues, and I hope others in this program will as well. It is a wonderful program, and has saved me money, and I do appreciate that. However, there is no excuse for not having a better response time. I have no issues with the bot..IF they knew what they were doing! Example, Ava asked for my birthdate. I gave it in every format possible, including voice, but it kept asking for it over and over....never once realizing they had a problem and

This is the best pharmacy that I have ever used. They make Walmart, CVS, and Walgreens look very bad. They literally put them to shame. Also, you could not ask for a better staff. They're very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional.

Great for pharmaceutical medication, but not a lot of supplies

My last RX was sent to them on 12/16. They have my credit cards on file. Here it is 1/2 and I still don’t have them. I did call a day or so ago and was told they called me twice about a disease change. They did not. They sent an email that I responded to immediately. I will not be using them again. This is the second time something like this has happened.
