Yuba Skilled Nursing Center

Put my dad in this place to recover from heart surgery and massive heart attach along with other issues. My dad is a long-time smoker with his recent healthy issues he decided to quit. The nurses took off his patch, blew smoke into his room and they offered him cigarettes. The place is filthy the food sucks I would not put a loved one there-ever. Can I give negative stars? This place shouldn't have 1.

We were like most very Leary of bringing Dad here for rehab and honestly didn’t want to, however the nursing staff the front desk the therapist were all amazing and very kind and attentive to my family and father during his ten day stay!!!! We couldn’t have picked a better team to help during his recovery! Thank you all for your hard work and kindness!!

Extreme warning with this facility. On the day of placing my mother here, my sister and I along with an independent gentlemen toured this location and asked many questions. At completion, I was pleased with the outcome so we elected to place her here. CAUTION: This was the worst mistake I could have made. Upon delivering my mother,I told the staff what medications the hospital had given. I stated that I needed a staff member to watch my mother for about 3 min while I got items from the car. When I returned. I found my mother had been left unattended and had fallen on a hard floor approx. 9 feetfrom her bed and that no one had kept her under observation.
