The staff was polite and welcoming, and the two older ladies working there were kind throughout my visit. However, the lack of air conditioning made the experience uncomfortable, especially during the summer heat. Unfortunately, the massage itself was mediocre and felt unprofessional. The therapist mainly used repetitive pounding and tapping rather than applying proper technique, pressure control, or targeted muscle work. It honestly felt like something anyone could do, rather than a skilled massage. Communication was also somewhat difficult, as one staff member does not speak fluent English, which made it harder to express preferences or concerns during the session. Nancy is an amazing massage therapist and reiki practitioner. She helps me in ways I didn’t even know needed help in the first place. I always come out of her office relaxed and whole. It’s hard to explain but make an appointment. You will be glad you did. Her cupping method is superb. My back felt amazing afterwards and a few days after. Look up alternative and holistic medicine before you go to help you understand what to expect.

I was lucky enough to get a same day appointment due to a cancellation. She did an amazing job. But when I asked her up front how much she charged she said $100. But then when I went to pay her she said the total was $140 because she opened a new jar of CBD balm, which I got to take home with me So because of that my card was declined at first and I had to stop and transfer some money over so the transaction would clear. It's just embarrassing when that happens. And if I had known in advance she was going to charge me $40 for a 2 oz jar of cream I would have politely declined.
