Yuba City Post Acute

My family and I had to bring my dear Grandma to Yuba Post at the end of her days and she was an out of town transfer. The Admissions and Admin staff were so amazing and helpful and made it happen as quickly as we needed. Having a daily visit I experienced nothing but cleanliness and friendliness from the facility and staff. My Grams ended her days there & coordinating with hospice and everything else was a seamless as I could have hoped. I’m especially grateful to her aide who was nothing short of an Angel in the way she comforted my Grandma when I could not. I highly recommend Yuba Post. They truly were a blessings to me and my entire family.

This is my second time here at the the Yuba City Acute, I choose here because Physical Therapy Department has a lot of experience in every area, they are the best I've worked with and have worked with at other care facilities as well. I'm glad they ended up here because I'm a patient that's had a lifetime of spinal surgeries and diseases and hip and leg surgeries etc. They have the knowledge and experience to be able to help any patient at any age no matter what types of surgeries and injuries and diseases and pain that you suffer from. As long as I'm in Northern California I will always choose this place. They have some of the best and caring Nurses and Nurses assistants that care for us and are on top of their jobs and the food is great. It's a comfortable and relaxed environment and I

My grandpa (who has dementia) was there after he experienced a fall, the compassion and care from the staff truly stood out. They treated him with patience, understanding, and so much kindness, making sure he was cared for with dignity and love. Dementia can be challenging, but they never treated him like a burden only like someone who mattered. The nurses and therapy staff went above and beyond. Knowing he was in such caring hands brought our family comfort when we needed it most. Thank you to staff at Yuba City Post Acute for the care you showed my grandpa.

I just wanted to thank Belinda and her wonderful amazing staff at Yuba City Post Acute. They went above and beyond to make sure my sister Lydia was comfortable and All her needs were met when she needed their help. Thanks again for your five star service.

This is my 3rd stay here. I will say it's greatly improved. The food is great, my PT Was a more intensive experience. Overall I recommend this facility. It's clean and comfortable.
