Doctor Yao is friendly and amazing Doctor. Being accustomed to one doctor for lifetime, I was happy to chose him as my personal care physician in US. Accommodating any requests that you have. You don’t expect frequent follow ups, unless required. Doctor Yao puts patient first. He is patient and thorough with his diagnosis. I would highly recommend him as PCP.

Dr. Yao is very good. When I had the office visit for follow up or yearly physical exam, he did everything thoroughly. We went through every diagnosis, he provided the health education and set up the future appointments for me to see different specialists. I really appreciate the care he and his office provided.

I was referred to Dr. Yao by my own PCP(within the same group) on an emergency basis, as I needed to be seen right away. They actually contacted me after I spoke to my own doctor, and got me in immediately. The facility was easy to find, plenty of parking, and very clean. Dr. Yao explained everything he could about my symptoms in a way that I understood and felt comfortable with. I went in feeling really nervous, and I left feeling really lucky that if my own PCP wasn't available, that Dr. Yao was the one who wound up helping me. I really liked him, I would highly recommend him as a physician.

First time seeing Dr. Yao for an annual physical check-up as my current PCP is unavailable. He is very thorough & detail during the entire visit. Would recommend to family members & friends!

My experience with this DR. Is unsatisfactory. My DR at this facility unfortunately left and was then handed over to Dr. Yao. He doesn't listen to understand but to reply with his "expertise", with some arrogance to his approach. It is almost a "forced" interaction with him. I've had to "feel bad" for advocating for myself and requesting specific bloodwork for my underlying conditions. You have to justify why you may be concerned... And then he will write you off as a "psychiatrist patient". Not the kind of Dr. I can trust. I've since found a spectacular Dr. I am happy to work with.
