YouthFill MD Med Spa - Irvine

I was disappointed with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was unwelcoming and seemed disinterested in assisting me. When I finally met with a technician, their attitude was dismissive and rushed. They didn't seem to listen to my concerns and provided very little information about the treatment I was interested in. After I asked questions they were able to provide feedback after I addressed how I was being consulted with…. The overall service left me feeling frustrated and undervalued. I would not recommend this to anyone seeking a positive and caring med spa experience.

Amazing staff and extremely affordable prices. I went to about 4 different places before going there and no other place made me feel like I was being listened to. As a man, it is rather difficult to navigate the world of medical spas. I was welcome and guided by Kaitlyn who is super sweet and friendly and extremely helpful! Yena, the injector was very professional and super sweet and gentle. Overall a great experience and I definitly will be back!

I come here all the time with my mom we love it, she comes in for her B-12 shot. The service here is wonderful the ladies are very kind and friendly.

I went today to the Irvine location for a Botox treatment and couldn’t have had a better experience! Karen at the front was so kind and welcoming and answered all my questions! Yena did my treatment and it was quick and painless! Both were very knowledgeable and helped find the best services for my needs!
