Family Tree Optometric

Dr. igne and the staff at Family Optometric are wonderful! My son has special needs and Dr. Igne is so patient and effective when working with him. We have been coming here for years and always have a positive experience. I highly recommend this practice!

Dr Erin is excellent testing/diagnosing kids and she is kind, caring and patient. Her staff is very caring, kind and helpful. We feel very fortunate to have been referred to Family Tree by Costco optometry;Costco does not have the equipment to give children eye tests)

Dr. Erin Igne is excellent and I really appreciate how thorough and professional she is. The only downside is that after deciding which contacts work best for me, I was told it will take about 2 ½ weeks just to receive my prescription by email. That leaves me without contacts for that whole time, which has been very inconvenient.

My son has been going to Dr I., for a while now. He recently came in for an eye infection. Dr. I, didn't just look at his eye and send him home with instructions. She examined the eye, cleaned the eyes, came up with a detailed treatment plan and gave detailed care instructions. Dr I., and her staff are very pleasant. She has the best bedside manners and can get my son to cooperate. My son has special needs so sometimes getting him to cooperate can be challenging. Driving one hour to and from is worth sitting in that freeway traffic. Dr I., is our go to 👁 Dr.

Dr. I and her team are such gems!!!! They are courteous and flexible and very thorough but the thing I love about the office the most is how creative Dr. I is on problem solving and customizing strategies and solutions to complex challenges. I have brought my daughter to her and also gone myself and are so grateful for her care. I love that she stays up on cutting edge strategies and all of the newest interventions to give the best services to our family!
