Dr. Bill is amazing! My newborn daughter had a tongue tie, hindering her breastfeeding and weight gain. After having the procedure at just two weeks old, we were able to breastfeed effortlessly the very next day, and she started gaining weight right away. Dr. Bill was gentle with her and provided excellent information throughout the process. Highly recommend!!

We had an excellent experience with this doctor and are so grateful we chose him for our baby’s tongue-tie release. From the first visit, he was kind, calm, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about his work. Our baby was breastfeeding well, but we wanted to prevent potential future issues for both baby and mom. What completely surprised us was that after the procedure, our baby’s neck tension released and his neck visibly lengthened, something we didn’t even realize was an issue beforehand. We are so grateful for the care Dr. Billy provided for our daughter. Even though her tongue and lip tie procedure had been done by another provider, he went out of his way to assess her healing and make sure everything was progressing well. He took the time to explain each step, gave us additional recovery procedures that truly improved her mouth function, and was more than willing to collaborate with her OT to support her progress. At our follow-up visit, both my husband and I felt completely comfortable and confident with his plan of care. Dr. Billy genuinely cares about his patients and their families, which makes all the difference when you’re trusting someone with your baby’s health. His compassion and expertise have been such a blessing to our family.

Dr. Billy and his entire team are simply the best. My lactation consultant referred me to him because, out of all the tongue tie releases she sees, his work is the best. Not only does he perform exceptional work, but the entire office exudes love and care. He never rushes you out and is incredibly compassionate. It’s challenging to hand over your baby for a procedure, but he makes it feel comfortable. You’re also not left alone afterward. There are numerous follow-up appointments to ensure proper healing. It’s evident that he genuinely cares about his work and patients. I highly recommend Dr. Billy and his team. They deserve a perfect 10/10 rating.

Caring, Patient, and Truly Skilled — So Grateful for Dr. Arnold! We first saw Dr. Arnold for my 7-year-old daughter to evaluate her lip and cheek (buccal) ties. I was very nervous about the idea of a laser revision and wasn’t sure if it was truly necessary. I so appreciated that Dr. Arnold never rushed the process — he took time over multiple visits to help us understand all the options and even adjusted her Myobrace to make sure she was as comfortable as possible before deciding on the procedure. His cautious, thoughtful approach built so much trust. When the day came for her revision, he was absolutely wonderful. He explained each step gently and clearly, helping both me and my daughter feel calm and confident. The procedure went beautifully, and we’ve already seen significant improvem
