Mr. Michael Maiorino (or Dr. Mike as they also refer to him) was EXCELLENT when performing my root canal today! He provides excellent care overall and is extremely personable. Perfect bedside manor. I highly recommend him! I would definitely go back to him again if I need extensive teeth work done again. Very knowledgeable and briefed me on things for future reference. 😊👍

This has been one of the worst healthcare experiences I have ever had. I initially went in for a simple filling. After expressing that I did not want to extract the tooth, I endured four weeks of severe pain with no effective resolution. Ultimately, I was forced to have the tooth removed — not because it was my preferred choice, but because it became less painful and less costly than continuing to deal with the delays, lack of clear direction, and insurance complications. It is extremely concerning that after so many years of professional training, the level of care and communication I received fell so far below expectations.
