Pediatric On Demand made the entire experience so easy and stress-free. From check-in to testing to getting prescriptions, everything was smooth, efficient, and handled with such care. The staff was kind, patient, and great with kids, which made a huge difference when we weren’t feeling our best. We’re so grateful for how seamless they made the process. Highly recommend!

The staff was friendly and helpful. They gave my daughter amazing care. They even gave her a treat and tuned on the TV in the patient room while we waited for test results. They were thorough and made sure that I felt at ease. Would 100% go back in the even my baby was sick again.

the only urgent care i’ll bring my baby to! they’re so patient and have toys/snacks, to help ur little ones feel at home. they’re amazing! all the staff is very sweet and let you know that ur doing great as a parent!

The staff were very empathetic and professional with my little one. They went out of their way to make us comfortable with treats and distractions. We arrived right before closing and their attitudes were still very cheery and inviting. The level of care was excellent.

We had a great experience while at pediatric on demand tonight! The front desk lady was very friendly and professional. Our NP was so thorough and exhausted all options to make sure we left knowing what’s going on since our son has really been going through it this past month. We will gladly travel to mandeville from Slidell to see them again.
