Covington Trace ER & Hospital

Went to new Orleans for a short stay for my son's engagement party. Which was amazing. My very first time visiting new Orleans. Had the time and fun of my life until 2/8/2026 landed me in the er I fell down some stairs and broke my wrist. Ended up at Covington trace er hospital where I was treated with fast and excellent service. As soon as I got there they took me to the back, addressed the situation, got me relaxed and stabled my arm. I highly recommend this place. Good,fast and take care of business

Hands down the best emergency room experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I checked in, everything moved incredibly fast—I was seen by medical staff within 10 minutes. The entire team was professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. They took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout my visit. The level of care and service was outstanding, and it truly made a stressful situation so much easier. Huge thank you to the doctors, nurses, and staff for running such an efficient and compassionate ER. Highly recommend.

Had to take a trip to this ER facility last night to get some stitches. I cannot rant and rave enough about this place. Everyone was so sweet and caring. The facility itself was very nice and clean. Dr. Martinez was fantastic, very thorough, and described every little thing she did which I really appreciated. I highly recommend this facility. 10/10 👍🏻👏🏼👏🏼

I had to visit the Emergency Department recently, and I want to share how impressed I was with the care I received. Over the past year, I spent several months at MD Anderson undergoing cancer treatment, so I’ve become very familiar with what thoughtful, precise, patient-centered care looks like. Because of that experience, I don’t take good medical care for granted. From the moment I arrived, the team treated me with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine compassion. The staff moved quickly, communicated clearly, and took the time to make sure I understood what was happening and what to expect. The attention to detail and the calm, respectful way they cared for me made a stressful situation much easier. After everything I’ve been through medically, feeling confident and well cared for

We are very grateful for the staff at Covington Trace for treating our son for a severe allergic reaction that he experienced. He was treated with compassion and the team swiftly administered medications to get his reaction under control. The entire staff was very caring and professional at all times. We will definitely be back if an emergency arises
