My local pharmacy so I get all of my prescriptions filled here. Personable, helpful, and knowledgeable staff that doesn't mind answering questions. The only down side is the parking lot is too small.
Great small town pharmacy! It makes filling prescriptions a breeze, service is always timely and and friendly.
After years of doing business with this pharmacy I was informed they would no longer carry 2 of my prescriptions, 1of which is a blood thinner Eliquis and a COPD prescription for Trelegy. both of which I have to have and even though I have drug insurance they said they were losing money, but instead of asking whether I would pay a higher price they just canceled my prescriptions. Needless to say I transferred all my prescriptions to a larger pharmacy. So much for trying to support small local businesses.
My family has used this pharmacy for many years and Ive never been treated as rudely as I was this morning by “Victoria.” I called several days ago and was told my prescription was canceled. She was rude and unhelpful, but I thought maybe she was having a bad day. When I called back today to tell her my doctors office didn’t cancel the prescription and try to get it sorted out, she refused to help me and was extremely nasty and rude. I did finally call her a bad name, which I shouldn’t have-but I was just so shocked that she would be allowed to treat a customer this way. She even called me back to tell me to find a new pharmacy. Great service! In and out in a few minutes everytime! Staff is great! I just want to update this review. I wrote the first part like 10 months ago. The staff is still amazing. They try to find me the lowest price for my meds and treat me like family eveytime I come in. Everyone want to feel welcomed when they go into a business! If you want to feel happy and look forward to picking up you medication this is the drugstore for you!
