Charlottesville Pediatric Dentistry SC

I absolutely am amazed at how wonderful the entire experience was for my 5 year old!! He was extremely nervous going into this appointment but left LOVING the dentist!! The dental assistant Skyler was beyond amazing, making my son laugh and feel so relaxed and Dr. Stump was phenomenal! They took such great care of him, I would give this office 10 stars if I could!!! I highly recommend this dental office! **Update** My 2 year old daughter had her very first dental visit today & once again Dr. Stump was amazing! He was so great with her even though she was screaming her face off 😬 He was very informative with all of the different treatment options and I didn't leave with questions unanswered! So happy to find such a great dentist!!!

The team at both locations are top notch. The staff is always friendly and flexible. We’ve been to both locations & have been seeing Dr. Stump for nearly 4 years. My kids love going to the dentist - they make it fun and stress free. When my 5 year old was scared and got upset about X-rays they were patient and kind. I also missed an appointment during pandemic and they were very understanding & accommodating . I moved to Richmond and still drive to Zion Crossroads because I trust them and my kids really like Dr. Stump (and his fun socks & bow ties!).

Front office staff always start the visit off right with a friendly greeting, and the hygienists and dentists - particularly Dr. Stump - do such a great job at both caring for my kids' dental health and interacting with them in developmentally-appropriate ways. They absolutely love dental visits, which is a testament to this team.

I was unbelievably impressed with Dr. Smith’s patience with my anxious 14 yr old who got a cavity filled. He used laughing gas and waited until she was comfortable and ready. When she felt pain, he waited and made sure she was numb before pursuing. I would drive hours if I needed to, to come to this practice. Dr Smith, Dr Stump, and Dr Dixon are all wonderful with children of all ages and I will be sad when my girls are too old to go to this practice. Thank you for easing my daughters nerves. We've been seeing the dentist at Spring Creek pediatric dentistry for about a year now. I have NOTHING but great, fantastic, amazing things yo say about them. From the time you walk in, until you walk out you feel like they know you. My son recently had two teeth extracted by Dr. Dixon. The comprehensive approach she applied towards the situation, was great. On top of, my son having some anxiety about the sitation. I cannot speak highly enough about her manner with him. Reassuring, supporting and really engaging my son during the experience. We have found such a great dentistry family to be a part of and we highly recommend them to anybody with children.
