I always have a very positive experience at the clinic led by Lisa Cooley. The service is always prompt, communication is excellent and everyone is extremely caring. They respond quickly to calls and are always a pleasure to deal with. I truly feel supported by the team. They make me feel that they truly care about my well being.

Went there today- they charged me for the visit then $75 for a flu test even though I knew my daughter was negative. I flu tested her yesterday at home with a $10 kit for 4 flu/covid tests from the store. I went in knowing she didn’t have the flu. $150 later- I still know she’s negative for flu. It’s a shame how much they charge.

Wonderful experience! I called right before 5pm on a Friday & got an appointment at 5:30pm for my child. The front desk was very nice. We were seen right on time. The Student ARPN saw us first. She was very sweet & patient with my child. Great quality of care. Then the ARPN came in & it was a quick confirmation of the ear infection. The script was sent & we had antibiotics quickly at CVS. Holly also called two days later to check on the patient. A+ experience.

I am so thankful for this group of providers that continue to seek the best health care for me! They continue to check on me and provide referrals that help me figure out what is going on with me! Christy and Dan at the front desk and Brittany and Gina have made this journey so much easier for me!

I really like the care this family walk-in clinic gives to the patient. Brittany treated me so good and the call back which she gave after our visit is really appreciated. And provide atmost care. The front desk was so polite.
